<p>Provided is a method for manufacturing an amorphous silicon solar cell using a laser which comprises the steps of: forming a transparent electrode layer on a transparent substrate; forming an amorphous silicon layer on the upper part of the transparent electrode layer; irradiating a laser beam to the amorphous silicon layer to crystallize the amorphous silicon layer; forming a rear surface electrode layer on the crystallized amorphous silicon layer; and forming an island-like metal capable of forming a metal silicide between the transparent electrode layer and the amorphous silicon layer. According to the present invention, the method can shorten the process time since crystallization of a uniform and quick light absorbing layer is enabled and can improve the solar cell performance by mounting crystal grains having a good quality.</p> |
