The present invention relates to an outdoor advertisement service system and a method thereof. Based on customer group data collected by an outdoor advertisement medium, an advertisement target, and a mental state required to increase advertising effects are determined, and by comparing the determined mental state with the mental state of the current customer group, content for inducing the mental state or an advertisement for the advertisement target is displayed. Also, when the content or advertisement is displayed, whether to display the content is determined considering the place where the outdoor advertisement medium is installed. By detecting changes in the customer group after the advertisement is displayed, advertisements expected to have high advertising effects can be provided quickly. |
