The present invention relates to a used battery collecting device and a method thereof. The used battery collecting device comprises: an input part having input ports for kinds of used batteries; a recognition part for recognizing the characteristics of the used batteries inputted through the input part; a transportation part for sorting the used batteries according to the characteristics of the used batteries recognized by the recognition part; a storage part for storing the used batteries sorted by the transportation part according to the characteristics; and a control part for controlling the recognition part and the transportation part. |
