The present invention relates to a lock device for a handbag whereby the locking state of the handbag is robust, ensuring that the handbag does not open. The present invention comprises a pin (222), a coupling member (230), and the like. The pin (222) penetrates a bushing (220), which is contained in a penetration hole (202) of a square box-shaped main body (206), and a spring (218), wherein the pin (222) is shrink-fitted in a coupling groove (210) of a cap (216) through a receiving hole (300) of a separation preventing element (302) to closely contact the square box-shaped main body (206) and the cap (216) to each other. A screw thread (221) is formed around an external surface of an upper portion of a body of the pin (222). The coupling member (230) is positioned on the bottom surface of the square box-shaped main body (206). A connection hole (224) is provided in the center portion of an inside of a body of the coupling member (230), wherein the connection hole (224) corresponds to the penetration hole of the square box-shaped main body (206). In addition, screw holes (226) are provided in the edges of the inside of the body of the coupling member (230) while being spaced apart from the connection hole (224) at a predetermined interval, wherein the screw holes (226) corresponds to screw grooves (204) of the square box-shaped main body (206).
