<p>The method involves introducing a stripped end section (6) into a tubular portion (13) via an insertion opening (16). The tubular portion is securely assembled on the stripped end section. First, second and third zones (40-42) of the tubular portion are crimped with first, second and third portions (43, 44, 56) of the stripped end section such that the portions of the stripped end section comprise first, second and third predetermined degree of compression, where the third predetermined degree of compression is higher than the first predetermined degree of compression.
