FIELD: veterinary medicine.SUBSTANCE: method of prevention of pneumonia in piglets comprises intramuscular administration to piglets of the composition of tylosin tartrate and gentamicin at a ratio of 1:1 at doses of 2.5 mg/kg live body weight for 7 days. The administration of the composition is started 2-5 days prior to exposure to the stress arising from the technological situations.
