SCHEME FOR CONGESTION CONTROL IN MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

<p>Disclosed is a method of performing a congestion control in a mobile communication system. The method includes: a motion of a load manager for receiving load information from a base station; and a motion for triggering the congestion control by transmitting a load notification message including the received load information to a PDN gateway (PGW) or a service gateway (SGW). By providing the method of performing the congestion control in the mobile communication system, it is possible to efficiently use a resource of the base station and to prevent a traffic service required to secure a desired bit rate from being stopped.</p>
