The system has a remote assistance computing device (14) connected to a parking place payment device (12) i.e. parking time recorder, by a data link. The devices include radio electric transmitter-receivers (26, 42), respectively, and are connected by a radio electric link (15) in absence of wired data link between the computing and the payment devices. The computing device has a simulation unit (44) for simulating behavior of the payment device from the received operating data in absence of group of data relative to behavior of the payment device exchanged inside the payment device. |
