A payment processing system according to the present invention includes: a wireless terminal which receives the input of a resident registration number from a purchaser if a purchase command of a specific product is inputted from the purchaser through an installed application, transmits to a service server with a phone number (wherein, the service server is a server which provides a user authentication and payment service), and requests a payment process by the purchase command; and the service server which generates a symmetric key in order to encode the resident registration number if the resident registration number and the phone number are received from the wireless terminal through a communications network, and transmits a coded message to the wireless terminal with an MO reception number (wherein, the MO reception number means a reception number for receiving a message from the wireless terminal in a message oriented (MO) way) by generating the coded message which is formed by encoding the resident registration number by using the symmetric key. The wireless terminal transmits the coded message, which is received from the service server, to the MO reception number. The service server processes a payment about a purchase request of a purchaser, if the phone number of a wireless terminal, transmitting a coded message in the MO way and the phone number of a wireless terminal transmitting the resident registration number match. |
