The present invention relates to a type of polishing cloth manufacturing method. A composite polish material that is formed by stirring and mixing a solvent, a resin, and a polish material is extruded as a strip-shaped polish band by an extruder and is arranged in irregular reciprocation in one specific container before hardening so that a polishing cloth is formed to have an adequate thickness. The polishing cloth having the adequate thickness is flattened and pressed to a desired thickness by one pressing device. Then, the polishing cloth is cut into a desired area for polishing cloth manufacturing. Various polish materials can be used and mixed with the resin. A ventilation effect is provided in a gap that is present in the strip-shaped polish band, thus bacterial growth can be suppressed. Also, the present invention can be applied to polishing clothes for industrial and household applications. Also, the manufacturing process is simple, and the manufactured polishing cloth can have an improved service life. |
