FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: method of making a monolayer or laminar combined material comprises several stages. First, one or several plies of fluid component are applied on substrate to dry produced combined material and to coil it. Method final stage consists in cleaning of the plant. In drying, cir circulation circuit in drying furnace is completely changed to feed of fresh air. Note here that drying furnace inner space allows its controlled cleaning with the help of cleaning system built therein. Drying furnace outer jacket allows lifting of its top part while drying furnace internal parts rule out their dismantling for cleaning purposes. All rolls to transfer combined material through drying furnace and separate drying zones are composed by hollow rolls equipped with atomizers.EFFECT: optimum drying conditions, precise individual control over air humidity, reliable and efficient cleaning of drying furnace.10 cl, 2 dwg |
