FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of flue gases. Air quality control system is used for processing of flue gas of boiler running on fossil fuel, that of combustion processes, etc., for removal of acid and similar contaminants. Air quality control system comprises multiple integrated components and dry cleaning system. The latter includes hydration chamber, mixer, reactor and reactor vessel and cloth filter module. The latter comprises chamber of contaminants, filter and collector, outlet and moving inlet isolation shutter to control fluid flow through said inlet and said moving isolation shutter for flow control in said outlet.
