[Classes 75 (ii) and 75 (iv)] [Also in Group XVIII] A lamp body a of rubber or rubber composition is fitted with a glass b having reflecting facets b<1> so as to act as a reflector if the electric bulb d fails. The body a may be formed with an annular groove c<1> and an overhanging lip a<2> which can be readily deformed to allow the insertion of the glass b. The holder e for the lamp bulb may be moulded in the body a or may be formed with a flange e<1> which may be sprung into a corresponding groove in the body a. A central bulb contact g may be secured to the holder by an insulating bush h, fibre washer j, and nut k. The holder may also carry an earthing terminal l. The back of the body a may be hollowed out to fit a cycle mudguard and is provided with an attachment screw n.
