The present invention relates to a transverse wall of a bottom of a hull having air lubrication function by having a structure to provide air bubble to the external bottom. The present invention comprises a foil frame which is installed protruding from the external bottom of the hull and guides the water in contact with the ship when the ship navigates to the external bottom; and an air guide groove of which one side is installed being open on the upper surface of the foil frame and which guides air discharged from an air hole to the external bottom by being designed to cover the air hole.
