FIELD: radio engineering, communication.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to frequency synchronisation and can be used in communication networks. A selection device of an optimum source for heterodyne ordering includes heterodyne (LO) used for formation of the first signal having information on time, frequency, phase or their combination, a priority assignment unit containing at least two inputs; besides, each input is intended to receive the corresponding second signal having information on time, frequency, phase or their combination; this unit determines accuracy of at least one second signal at least of two second signals relative to the second signal extracted as the most accurate signal at least of two second signals; this priority assignment unit is necessary for ordering of at least two second signals from the most accurate to the least accurate and for elimination of an error of frequency shift LO relative to the most accurate second signal that is accessible for the device, based on ordering of at least two second signals. The method is characterised by a number of actions for elimination of an error of heterodyne frequency shift (LO).EFFECT: elimination of errors of heterodyne frequency shift, which occur in the course of time.20 cl, 6 dwg |
