FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to assemblies of passenger conveyor hand rails. Hand rail assembly (30) in escalator (10) consists of post guide (32), roller chain (34) and spring (40) connecting the first end of roller chain with post guide (32) to provide tension of roller chain (34). Roller chain (34) consists of set of links (36) connected in series. Each link includes frame, at least one roller bearing and pin connecting the roller bearing with the frame. Each link (36) contains loop and hook thus allowing each link (36) to be connected to adjacent link (36) to assemble a roller chain (34).EFFECT: simplification of assembling and dismantling links of roller chain under repair.13 cl, 11 dwg |
