The present invention relates to an axial fan including a hub and a plurality of blades radially arranged on the hub, in which the blade has a front edge, a rear edge, a negative pressure surface between the front edge and the rear edge and a static pressure surface spaced apart from the negative pressure surface. A nose is formed at the front edge to branch air flow. The negative pressure surface includes a first surface extending from a top surface of the nose. The static pressure surface includes a second surface stepped from a bottom surface of the nose. A first stepped portion is provided to connect the bottom surface of the nose to the second surface and a second stepped portion protrudes from a rear end of the second surface. According to the axial fan of the present invention, a weight of the fan and drag can be reduced and power consumption and noise can be reduced. |
