The present invention provides a mold for manufacturing a corrugated soundproof block, a method for manufacturing a corrugated soundproof block, and a soundproof wall construction method to which a corrugated soundproof block is applied. According to the present invention, the corrugated soundproof block is manufactured for excellent sound absorption and attenuation, mold coupling and opening/closing are facilitated, high rigidity is provided, no front-back direction is present and no lifting ring obstruction occurs during soundproof wall construction, and stack assembly-based construction is allowed. A preferred embodiment of the mold for manufacturing a corrugated soundproof block according to the present invention includes a mold base that is arranged in a lower portion so as to support a bottom surface of a soundproof block to be molded; a pair of left and right side mold opening/closing blades that are rotatably hinge-connected to both ends of the mold base; corrugated split molds that are bonded to the respective ones of the pair of mold opening/closing blades, upwardly forms an opening portion, into which a raw molding material can be injected, when closed, and forms a molding chamber for the soundproof block to be molded; and a mold locking means for locking or releasing the closing of the corrugated split mold, in which lifting ring insertion-forming chokes are further disposed at two upper surface places of the mold base so as to form a lifting ring insertion groove in a lower surface of the soundproof block to be manufactured. |
