The present invention relates to a coupon issuance management system and a coupon issuance management method using the same. The coupon issuance management system includes: a coupon management server which provides sales data provided by affiliated stores and inquires on charges for issuance of coupon to a user terminal; the user terminal which inquires on data provided by the coupon management server, transmits an affiliated store identification code such as a representative telephone number of an affiliated store, and receives coupons; and an affiliated store terminal which requests issuance of coupons to the coupon management server. According to the present invention, each affiliated store can distribute discount details for a product and/or service that the store provides without burden of excessive costs, and users can receive coupons with a small amount of money. |
