A fire alarm control device using a CCTV and a system thereof are disclosed. The fire alarm control device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises; a fire sensor which senses a fire; CCTV cameras which monitor each of the sections; an alarm control device which determines the fire by analyzing an image received from one or more cameras for recording a fire point corresponding to the fire sensor among the CCTV cameras and produces a fire generation signal immediately if the fire is recognized and performs a fire signal reception process if a non-fire is recognized and produces the fire generation signal if a non-fire confirming signal is not inputted after considerable space of holding time only; and a fire receiver which sounds the alarm if the fire generation signal is received. According to the present invention, a checking process by the CCTV cameras for recording a fire position is executed if the fire sensor senses a fire. Therefore, an unnecessary fire alarm can be prevented by recognizing an abnormal fire signal.
