Suggested are a data security device, a terminal including the same, a data security method, and a computer readable recording medium. According to an embodiment of the present technology, the data security device includes: a disk checking unit which collects information in a disk region of a terminal, and selects a disk to be used as a security region; a refining unit which arranges the data in the disk selected by the disk checking unit; a security region generating unit which allocates a part of an effective region to the security region in accordance to the data arrangement in the refining unit; a security region managing unit which memorizes a location value in the disk to which the security region is allocated, substitutes the location value, and supplies the substituted location value to an operating system; and a security policy management unit which receives a security policy from a user of a computer terminal and stores the security policy. |
