PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calculation device for a life of a hoist which can estimate the life of the hoist with good accuracy.SOLUTION: A calculation device for a life of a hoist for calculating the life of the hoist which performs operations such as hoisting and lowering operations comprises; a load calculation unit which calculates a load hung by the hoist based on a current value in a control inverter and a revolution speed of a motor for the hoist; an operation frequency calculation unit which counts both of number of upper operations and number of lower operations of the hoist with respect to each load calculated by the load calculation unit; an operation time calculation unit which counts an operation time with respect to each load calculated by the load calculation unit; and a residual life calculation unit which calculates a load ratio from an operation time calculated by the operation time calculation unit with respect to each load, and calculates a residual life of the hoist from the obtained load ratio. |
