PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute information to a mobile terminal according to a user attribute.SOLUTION: A server stores in a database: attribute information including an item content showing an attribute of a user; action information relating to an operation of a mobile terminal by the user; and position information at each fixed interval for the moving mobile terminal. The server acquires the attribute information, the action information and the position information at each fixed time interval, collects operation contents having the same latitude and longitude in the acquired action information, and counts the collected operation contents with respect to each item content showing the attribute in the attribute information. The server determines the mobile terminal which is located within a prescribed distant range from the latitude and the longitude in the action information and approaches the latitude and the longitude in the action information, to be a candidate for an information distribution destination, on the basis of the position information. The server transmits information, which is conductive to operation of the operation content corresponding to a counting result for each item content, to the mobile terminal, on the basis of the attribute of the user of each mobile terminal determined to be the candidate for the information distribution destination. |
