PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement high efficiency amplification and distortion compensation.SOLUTION: In an amplification device 10, an adjustment section 13 adjusts an amplitude level of an input signal within a constant range. A control signal output section 17 corrects an amplitude value detected by an amplitude level detection section 11 with the use of a first distortion compensation coefficient depending on the amplitude value detected by the amplitude level detection section 11 to thereby form a control signal. A variable load section 18 then changes a load on the basis of the control signal formed by the control signal output section 17 to change an amplitude of an amplified signal.
