<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate and retrieve the index of a high-capacity file with a small amount of memory resources.SOLUTION: A file processing system includes: a function for dividing a high-capacity file into a plurality of chunk files with arbitrary sizes; a function for automatically determining a division size utilized in a case of division to the chunk files; a function for generating an index with the chunk files; and a function for processing/generating a retrieval query so as to obtain the same retrieval result as that in a case where the index is generated without dividing the high-quality file.</p> |
