Provided are a terminal device, a communication method, and an integrated circuit that make it possible for a base station device (1) and a terminal device (2) to efficiently perform transmission power control in a communication system in which the base station (1) and the terminal device (2) communicate. The terminal device communicates with the base station device and is provided with a transmission unit that: transmits an uplink signal on the basis of first uplink power control when information that relates to a first setting is set and information that relates to a second setting is not set; and transmits an uplink signal on the basis of second uplink power control when both the information that relates to the first setting and the information that relates to the second setting are set.
