Provided is an opening/closing control system (1) for controlling the operation of an inlet so that an external environment can be detected more accurately and the inlet can be opened and closed better. An internal environment sensor (22) in a ventilation control system (1) detects the internal environment inside a casing (10), and an external environment sensor (21), which is disposed away from the casing (10) and does not contact the casing (10), detects the external environment outside the casing (10) that corresponds to the internal environment. A computation unit (31) acquires the internal and external environments detected by the internal environment sensor (22) and the external environment sensor (21), and controls the opening/closing of a ventilation port (40) according to the difference between the internal and external environments. Such a ventilation control system (1) allows the detection of the external environment by the external environment sensor (21) to be made less susceptible to the effect of the presence of the casing (10), and to detect the external environment more accurately. Accordingly, the opening/closing of the ventilation port (40) can be controlled more appropriately. |
