The present invention provides a building fire life-saving system and use method thereof, and the system comprises: at least one forced ventilation device (13, 11), at least one main air supply pipe (2) communicating with at least one compartment (6), and at least one main exhaust pipe (9) provided separately from said main air supply pipe, wherein each main air supply pipe is equipped with at least one branch air supply pipe (3); each main exhaust pipe is equipped with at least one branch exhaust pipe (7), and said at least one forced ventilation device is set at the main exhaust outlet (12) of the main exhaust pipe and/or the main air inlet (10) of the main air supply pipe. The present invention proposes a new strategy referred to as "the nearest evacuation" to deal with fire, achieving benefits superior to that of the prior art, such as, getting into a safe place as soon as possible in the event of a fire, reducing the harm of the toxic gas caused by fire, reducing the possibility of suffocation, avoiding casualties, as well as providing security. |
