Provided are a liquid crystal panel, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device. In a liquid crystal panel according to the embodiment, the orientation of liquid crystal molecules (40) corresponding to a pixel display region (1) is different from that of liquid crystal molecules (40) corresponding to a wiring region (2), so that when the liquid crystal panel is electrified, a deflection angle of each liquid crystal molecule (40) corresponding to the pixel display region (1) is inconsistent with that of each liquid crystal molecule (40) corresponding to the wiring region (2). A display device according to the embodiment comprises the liquid crystal panel. A manufacturing method of the liquid crystal panel according to the embodiment comprises: enabling a pretilt angle of an orientation layer of the wiring region (2) on an array substrate (10) is greater than that of an alignment layer of the pixel display region (1).
