<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide, for instance, a vibrating body whereby desired frequency characteristics can be obtained at a low cost, and a loudspeaker apparatus using the vibrating body. This vibrating body has a diaphragm, and an edge formed on the outer circumference of the diaphragm. The vibrating body is formed by laminating a first member (101) having insulating characteristics, and a second member (102), which is attached to the first member (101) surface on the side opposite to the sound radiation direction, and which is formed of a member containing a metal. The first member (101) constitutes a diaphragm and the edge, and the second member (102) constitutes the diaphragm.</p> |
