<p>The present invention provides an ice confection, which does not melt easily at normal temperatures but does not lose taste, and ice confection starting materials. An ice confection is characterized by being obtained by a molten mixture being produced by adding milk, a soy pulp starting material formed into a paste by grinding soy pulp following the extraction of soy milk from soybeans, and rice flour and mixing with lukewarm water, and after a hydroxide is added to that molten mixture, the same being cooled, solidified and formed.</p> |
