PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that, in a conventional site permeability testing apparatus, influence of viscous friction of water is large because the testing apparatus uses a method of evaluating a water permeability by a permeable water volume per unit time so that difference hardly appears as functionality evaluation, and the testing apparatus uses water so that testing immediately after cleaning work using water is impossible.SOLUTION: A measurement apparatus for evaluating functionality of high function pavement, is constituted of a blower, a relief valve, a flowmeter, a pressure gauge and a pneumatic type tester by using air, and is a mobile type of arranging all on a carriage. The pneumatic type water permeability measurement apparatus is provided by using polyurethane foam with a skin for sealing packing. |
