PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection layer transfer sheet capable of forming a protection layer on a transferred surface at low cost and excellent in transferability and surface strength.SOLUTION: The protection layer transfer sheet comprises at least: a support body; and an active ray curable resin layer disposed on the support body via a separation type layer and/or a peeling layer. The active ray curable resin layer is formed by radiating active ray at least twice to an active ray curable resin including an unsaturated group-containing acrylic copolymer.
