PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable resin composition used favorably for food packaging material applications because of being virtually unaccompanied by odors attributed to the seepage (bleeding) or volatilization of a photopolymerization initiator or photopolymerization initiator decomposition product, etc. and having ameliorated the often problematic curability of a case where a high-molecular-weight initiator is used, and to provide a cured product of the same.SOLUTION: The provided active energy ray-curable resin composition comprises: a radical-polymerizable compound; and a photopolymerization initiator possessing various photoradical cleavage sites within either a bis(diphenyl ether) structure or a structure possessing, via the oxygen atom of a substituted phenol, an ether-bonded phenyl group and provided as a structure obtained by linearly coupling 2 to 8 substituted phenols or by cyclically coupling 4 to 8 substituted phenols.
