PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cryogenic refrigerating machine capable of ensuring high energy consumption efficiency.SOLUTION: A cryogenic refrigerating machine comprises: a compressor 1 for compressing working gas; a housing 23 including a space 41 in and out of which the working gas compressed by the compressor 1 flows; cylinders 10a and 10b having one end coupled to the housing 23 and including expansion spaces 11a and 11b on the other ends, respectively; and displacers 3a and 3b permitting the working gas to flow in and out of the expansion spaces 11a and 11b via working gas channels L1 to L4 provided in the cylinders 10a and 10b while making reciprocating motion in the cylinders 10a and 10b, respectively. The working gas flows in a pipe 40 that communicates the space 41 with the working gas channel L1. |
