PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily match a worker and an agricultural machine.SOLUTION: A management system comprises an agricultural machine and a portable terminal. The agricultural machine includes a first data communication section which transmits to the outside machine identification information identifying an agricultural machine that executes farm work. The portable terminal includes: a second data communication section for receiving the machine identification information transmitted from the first data communication section; a carriage position calculation section for calculating a carriage position on the basis of a signal from a positioning satellite; and a storage section for storing worker information relating to a worker. The portable terminal further includes: a display section capable of displaying a plurality of machine identification information items received by the second data communication section; and a first association section for associating machine identification information selected from among the plurality of machine identification information items displayed on the display section with the worker information stored in the storage section.
