<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently wash a food container and a dolly in a space-saving manner.SOLUTION: In a washing apparatus 10, a dolly washing machine 11 is arranged at the downstream side which includes a dolly conveying mechanism 36 which conveys a dolly B and dolly washing means 37 which washes the dolly B. A container washing machine 12 which includes container washing means 33 which washes a food container A and container drying means 34 which dries the food container A, is arranged at the upstream side. Since the container washing means 33 has a washing tank, a rinse tank 26, a washing pump 24, and a rinse pump 27, a case 12a is formed, prolonging lower than a case 12b of the container drying mean 34. The dolly conveying mechanism 36 with a low height is arranged at the lower part of the container washing means 33. The dolly washing means 37 with such a height as to protrude upward from the dolly conveying mechanism 36 is installed at the lower part of the container drying means 34.</p> |
