A pharmaceutical composition for the treatment and/or prevention of liver cancer, including as an effective component thereof: an antibody having immunological reactivity to a CAPRIN-1 protein or a fragment thereof including at least seven continuous amino acid resides in an amino acid array of said protein; or a fragment thereof.
