PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sparkling topical agent which is easily handled and contains an acidic substance and a carbon dioxide generating substance that reacts with the acidic substance to generate carbon dioxide, the sparkling topical agent being excellent in stability and durability and not causing a problem of unexpected generation of carbon dioxide during manufacture or storage of the sparkling topical agent.SOLUTION: A sparkling topical agent is provided as a single formulation or multiple formulations including two or more formulations. One of the formulations includes at least an acidic substance and a carbon dioxide generating substance that reacts with the acidic substance to generate carbon dioxide. The sparkling topical agent is characterized in that the acidic substance and the carbon dioxide generating substance are included not in physical contact with each other, or in that the one formulation does not contain water. |
