PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig head that permits free selection and combination of a fishhook and a weight and permits change of the combination with simple operation irrespective of the size of a target fish.SOLUTION: A jig head includes a fishhook 30 and a weight 10 to be integrated with the fishhook 30. The fishhook 30 includes a bent part 32 that is continuous with a shank 34 and has an U-shape. The bent part 32 includes: a fishing line engaging part 31 formed by bending the bent part 32 into an U-shape; and a hook part 33 that is located on the opposite side of the shank 34 with respect to the fishing line engaging part 31 and is bent outward from a region surrounded by the U-shape. The weight 10 includes: a through hole 11 that permits press-fitting of the bent part 32; and a hooking housing part 12 that houses and fixes the hook part 33.
