PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide apparatus and methods capable of site-specific delivery of agents into blood vessels for treatment of the blood vessels and/or other organ systems.SOLUTION: A catheter 100 comprises: a catheter shaft 160; a first balloon 210 positioned proximal to a shaft distal tip; a second balloon 230 constructed of a non-compliant material and positioned proximal to the first balloon; a third balloon 250 positioned proximal to the second balloon; an agent delivery segment 240 positioned on the shaft between the first and third balloons and having an agent delivery segment orifice formed therein; an aspiration segment 220 positioned on the shaft between the first and third balloons; a guidewire lumen formed within the shaft and in communication with an opening 500, 510, 520, 530, 540 formed in a proximal end of the catheter and with an opening 202 formed in a distal end of the catheter; an agent delivery lumen; and pressure-sensing means extending through the agent delivery lumen.
