PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed heat-insulating material containing cellulose, having excellent functionality, which can reduce a burden on environment and, moreover, on which attachment and proliferation of a mold rarely occur even when the material is used for a long period of time, and moldability and foamability in manufacturing of which are not impaired.SOLUTION: In a heat-insulating material containing a foamed molding 1 as a main body, by heating and mixing a powdery cellulose-based material, a hydrophilic natural polymer material, an antifungal agent, and a polyolefin-based resin in the presence of an added foaming agent and by foam molding the mixture, there is prepared the foamed molding 1.
