PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to efficiently perform edge grinding with high accuracy even if the edge grinding is performed by selectively using a plurality of types of processing tools.SOLUTION: A lens processing method for performing edge grinding on a spectacle lens using a processing device to which a plurality of types of processing tools are attached, performs the edge grinding by executing: a shape dividing step (S20) of dividing a processing target region to be processed at a time of performing the edge grinding on the spectacle lens into a plurality of shape element portions; a tool allocating step (S40) of allocating a processing tool used for processing the plurality of shape element portions from among the plurality of types of processing tools according to a preset tool selection standard, and determining an order of use of the allocated respective processing tools according to an order of use priorities; and a processing instructing step (S50) of instructing the processing device to perform the processing using the respective allocated processing tools according to the determined order of use.
