<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid detection device capable of easily fixing a light-emitting element and a light-receiving element at suitable positions without being influenced by a size or a shape of an installation object.SOLUTION: The liquid detection device comprises: a light projection part 3 including a light-emitting element 3b within a casing; a light reception part 4 including a light-receiving element 4b within a casing; a flexible band member 5 inserted through band mounting portions 3c of the light projection part 3 and the light reception part 4; a band locking member 6 locking the band member 5 enclosed along an outer periphery of an angular tank 2' in a bundled state; and positioning means for adjusting the arrangements of the light-emitting element 3b and the light-receiving element 4b at predetermined positions. In the case where the band member 5 is locked by the locking member while being bundled, the light-emitting element 3b and the light-receiving element 4b are fixed while facing each other with the angular tank 2' interposed therebetween, in such a positional relation that an angle formed by perpendiculars with respect to outer peripheries at two intersections where straight lines connecting the elements and an outer periphery of the angular tank 2' cross each other, becomes a predetermined angle.</p> |
