<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing incense sticks that effectively prevents aroma volatilization during the incense production process, and to provide incense sticks produced by the method of which aroma substances are effectively prevented from volatilization during the incense production process, thereby to provide incense sticks having bright, fresh and pleasant aroma that no conventional incense sticks has ever expressed before.SOLUTION: By formulating cyclodextrin inclusion of aroma substances and specified components for manufacture of incense sticks, aroma volatilization during the production process of the incense sticks is controlled to provide incense sticks having high aroma-retention ability so that volatile aroma is maintained until the point of use.</p> |
