In the insertion needle guide device (3), an insertion path for the tip of the insertion needle (210) which is guided by the guide groove (361) is included within an ultrasound transmission region. The insertion needle guide device (3) is configured such that the arc-shaped insertion needle (210) can be turned in an arc.
