PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a grab rail to be easily held while securely supporting rear part equipment on a vehicle body.SOLUTION: A rear part structure of a saddle riding type vehicle includes: a front part seat on which a crew is seated; a seat rail which supports a rear part seat on which a passenger is seated at the rear side of the crew; a grab rail 40 attached to a vehicle body at the lateral side of the rear part seat; and a back rest 42 detachably attached to a vehicle rear part. A space for the passenger to hold the grab rail 40 is formed between the grab rail 40 and the vehicle body. In the grab rail 40, a holding part 53 extends in a fore-and-aft direction of the vehicle body. The back rest 42 is disposed at the inner side of the holding part 53, is supported by the grab rail 40 at the front and rear sides of the holding part 53, and overlaps with the holding part 53 in a side surface view. |
