PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating tool which allows easy modification, or adjustment, of the coating width and the coating thickness of a coating liquid to be applied in stripes and the pattern of stripes without part replacement also allows improvement of productivity, reduction in facility cost, and easy management of parts.SOLUTION: In a coating tool 1, a plurality of head members 2 are arranged adjacently, and a slit 3 opened to the tip side of the head member 2 is passed between adjacent head members 2. The coating tool 1 is used to apply a coating onto a to-be-coated object. In at least one of adjacent head members 2, a slit width adjustment body 13 capable of setting a width of the slit 3 by reciprocation relative to the other head member 2 is arranged, and a plurality of the slit width adjustment bodies 13 are connected along the extension direction L of the head members 2. |
