PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piston cooling device having a structure capable of preventing manufacturing equipment from becoming large in scale and manufacturing processes from being complicated, providing a simple fixing structure that is not large in scale, and sufficiently resisting pressure of oil.SOLUTION: A piston cooling device 20 comprising: a nozzle pipe portion 21 communicating with an oil path 11 provided in an internal combustion engine, and extending into a cylinder bore; and a channel formation member 30 fixed to a tip end portion 22 of the nozzle pipe portion 21, a plurality of oil injection paths being formed in the channel formation member 30, and cools a piston in the cylinder bore by injecting oil from the oil injection paths toward a back surface of the piston. The tip end portion includes an enlarged pipe portion 21a formed by enlarging the nozzle pipe portion 21, the channel formation member 30 is fitted and inserted into the enlarged pipe portion 21a, and a stopper portion 21ak having a tip end surface exposed to an outside and stopping a tip end surface of the channel formation member 30 is provided on a tip end of the channel formation member 30 by deforming a tip end edge 21ae of the enlarged pipe portion 21a, thereby providing a structure in which the channel formation member 30 is stopped by the enlarged pipe portion 21a. |
