PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means which enables a cancer immunotherapy for about 30% of various types of cancer patients in Japan who express forkhead box M1 (FOXM1) at high levels, by identifying a FOXM1-derived from peptide which can bind to HLA-A2 to activate a human killer T-cell that can injure a cancer cell.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a peptide showing inducing activity of killer T cells, in which one, two or several amino acids are substituted, deleted, inserted and/or added in a peptide consisting of a specific amino acid sequence or the peptide.
